Materials

Major raw material is in the form of plates, pipes and tubes. 

Carbon Steels used is confirming to is, ASME etc. viz. SA 515 / 516 Gr 60 / 70, SA 105, SA 266 GR 2, IS 2002-2, IS 2062 GR A, SA 210, SA 179, SA 106-B, SA 333 GR 6 etc. shell thickness upto 50 MM, tubes sheets upto 150 MM and tubes upto 2.5″ OD.

Stainless steels used is confirming to SA 240, SA 213, SA 312, SA 182 Grades 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316TI, 321, 347, duplex SA 2205 etc. shell thickness upto 40 MM, tubes sheets upto 150 MM and tubes upto 2.5″ OD.

Lots of other non ferrous materials also form part of regular production such as, Copper, Brass, Naval Brass, Admiralty Brass, Phosphorous Bronze, Al. Bronze, Cupronickel, Titanium, Monel, Inconel, Hastalloy etc. in all grades shell thickness upto 40 mm, tubes sheets upto 150 mm and tubes upto 2.5″ OD.
